Annual Meeting 2013

board 2013

Our Annual Meeting will take place at Rowayton Community Center. All members are encouraged to attend to hear a summary of our year’s activities, receive an overview of our finances at year-end, and celebrate the difference we have been able to make in our community this year. Notable among new impacts are the cleanup of the school pond wetlands following Sandy’s wake of downed trees and the partnership entered into with the City of Norwalk concerning pesticide-free treatment of Pinkney Park. Both projects will effect generations to come and improve the quality of life for the wetlands resident flora and fauna as well as that of our Rowayton families and their visitors.

The meeting will include the election of officers, the naming of committee chairs, and the wrapup of any outstanding FY’13 business. Following the meeting our Hospitality Committee will provide a light lunch.  Please contact Stephanie Close by June 1st to RSVP and indicate whether you will contribute a green salad, main salad, or dessert (please bring your own serving utensils and platter or bowl).

Remember that dues are due by the date of the Annual Meeting and bring your checkbook if need be!
