Tuesday, March 26
11:00 am - 1:00 pm
Put some spring in your step! Join us for our Lunch and Learn program at the Potting Shed on March 26th! Guest presenter, Dawn Petter, will guide us through this informative and fun workshop. Dawn is an expert herbalist, teacher and creator of Petalune Herbals. We’ll learn how herbalists use a range of herbs to offer support for healthy digestion, which is the foundation of wellness. If you are curious to learn how to calm inflammation, heal the gut, move stagnant energy and release tension, then taking a look at what and how we eat is key. We’ll discuss the importance of bitters, aromatics and prebiotic herbs and you’ll learn delicious ways to use them. Recipes, one remedy made in class per student and tasting are included.
While you’re learning and tasting, you’ll also enjoy a delicious offering of curated boxes and pots filled with healthy and creative luncheon items from Toasts, a unique, locally-owned catering company.
