9:30 am - 11:30 am
Location: Rowayton Community Center Moose Room
Program: The Ecotype Project: Putting the Right Plant in the Right Place, with Sefra Alexandra.
Sefra, who is also known and the “Seed Huntress,” is on a hunt to preserve the biodiversity of our wild and cultivated landscapes through see conservation. She’ll be talking about The Ecotype Project, a program of the Northeast Organic Farming Association of Connecticut (CT NOFA), which models the utilization of local native plants and ecological restoration through seed conservation to ensure we are planting the right plants in the right places.
