Thanks to help from the Sixth Taxing District and a grant from the Rowayton Civic Association, our organic garden is “blossoming” next to the greenhouse. Fencing and stonework will follow the initial site development and then crops will be planted in time for late summer and early fall harvest. We will use the Potting Shed Patch as a teaching tool to educate kids and adults about the benefits of growing organically, as well as a demonstration area for sound cultivation techniques. What a terrific addition if will provide for our already robust workshop schedule.
