The 2019 Spring Market will be held at The Potting Shed, located behind the Rowayton Community Center at 33 Highland Avenue on Saturday, May 18th from 10 am to 1 pm.
Knowledgeable Rowayton Gardeners will be on hand to assist with your purchases of freshly-dug perennials and shrubs, a sensational selection of zone-hardy natives, sun and shade loving perennials, a variety of colorful annuals and curated planters. Our focus this year, (celebrating the Pollinator Pathway), will be on pollinator-friendly plants for your containers and gardens
We’ll be featuring a number of special offerings at the Spring Market, including some informative demonstrations, scrumptious baked goods and other yummy treats, unique door prize drawings and a nature inspired activity area for kids.
The Rowayton Gardeners Club is a non profit 501(c) (3) organization and all proceeds from this fundraiser will be utilized for our garden education initiatives and our maintenance and beautification projects in Rowayton which include the organic gardens at: Bayley Beach, the Rowayton Community Center, the Rowayton School Pond and Wetland, Pinkney Park, the Potting Shed and other community gardens that are transformed by the Club’s activities.
